Great dental office I have been coming here for 4 years, and will continue as long as I am in Virginia. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and the staff are always pleasant and remember me. How many other places do you go to, where they keep asking "You are......?" without even a smile, even though you've been there a dozen times? Here, they know who you are. Also, were flexible with their appointments. Dr. Polack is very thorough and friendly, and very very picky with the work he does.
me Although this is probably a wonderful practice, I spent two months waiting for a consultation to have teeth extracted and dentures placed when told this was necessary. I had an xray taken and was given a "copy" of that xray. I had to pay to have this done again as I seen another dentist who made me feel more comfortable. I actually had everything done in Fairfax by the time my appointment for my consultation came up. I cancelled my appointment with dental design and was told "okay, bye." Great people, quality work Great office, great people! My smile is terrific! I went with a lot of doubts, because I don't feel comfortable at the dentist, but this was a great experience for me. Not cheap, but worth every penny I spent.
