I gave a one star because I can’t get lower. This doctor office is terrible and absolutely unresponsive. Complete prior authorizations incorrectly and will not call back or get messages to doctor. Then when I tried to have my follow up appointment with Dr. to express my concerns, he never showed up. Terrible healthcare, and No professionalism. Absolutely would not recommend.
Dr Galang is a great Dr! Highly recommend for mental health meds. He actually listens to his patients and takes into consideration what has and what hasn't worked. I look fwd to seeing him every month. Very pleasant and easy going. If you haven't found a solution Dr Galang can.
He could be better about scheduling (and rescheduling) appointments.
