Marianne is very nice and listens to your concerns. That office, however, is horrible. Waited almost 2 hours just to be seen. They schedule too many patients for the providers they have to handle to load, yet they request you be there 15 minutes before your appt. Although I like the NP I will be looking to go elsewhere. I can understand sometimes waiting beyond your appt time but a wait that long is unacceptable! Book less patients if you are short providers.
I am so happy to have Marianne as my nurse practitioner! She is extremely knowledgeable and responds quickly even when I call in. She has always found a quick solution and diagnosis to my many problems. I have her caring for my elderly uncle who also has many issues. She leaves “no stones unturned “ when it comes to our health and I would not want anyone else caring for not only myself but for my family! Thank God for her!

My mom discharged into my care from a long-term nursing facility, and they (Garden Place) made my mom's appointment; I was told to be at Brookside Medical in Cumberland at 9:30 am, and was there at 9:25, and was turned away. Having had to come from quite far--from another appointment--and then having had difficulty parking and getting inside, we were still there at the time I was told to be there.
