Cannot keep up with the influx of new patients. I faxed my my children's medical records two weeks ago and am unable to make an appointment. You can’t set up an appointment until they create an account which they don’t have timelines for reasonable expectations. I confirmed that they have received the records literally a day later. She will speak sweetly to your children but ultimately over prescribed and will look out for her own interests and not your children’s. Don’t be fooled by her sugary sweet demeanor. She is hateful to any parent who dares to see through her charade and questions her eagerness to prescribe unnecessary medications.

Front office staff is rude and condescending. This place also has one of the most ridiculous scheduling policies I’ve ever encountered. You can’t make an appt for a later date that works for you. You must call each day you can possibly make it in, to see if there is any availability.
