Only stay here if you have no where else to go the lady in the office julie it's disrespectful and nosey she watches to see who goes in and out your home they don't cut the grass the bath its gross brown rusty and peeling the paint the bath before you move in to fake you out as soon as you spray cleaner on it the paint cracks like eggshells the worst place I ever had seriously
I'm making a comment regarding the rating of the apartment complex. It's one thing to dog and disrespect the tents but it's another to involve a certain race. People such as yourself single out one person when they are doing wrong then tend to view every individual the same way. Just because you see one person doing something wrong does not mean every black person is the same way.... Your comment is so inappropriate and racist I might add. Bed Bugs Galore. They are everywhere. You cannot get arid of them, since they are in the walls.
I had my share of problems in the beginning - and they never seemed to stop. There is a permanently wet wall in my bathroom due to old pipes and bad drywall, the staff has been huffy about having to fix anything for me, the appliances come with defects which need extra modification - but they only tend to the units when people realize their failure, they will enter my apartment whether I like it or not "too look for infestation"s that are never there, my car has been broken into several times because it's located in a LOW-IN... read more
I have lived here for ten months now, I never made any problems, paid rent on time, love the apartment and location. First of all if you do move in don't make any suggestions on how it seems strange that a carport takes 4 days to paint ( not rebuild, not repair, just paint) they will get extremely defensive and even degrade you when you have suggestions. I just had my car broken into for the second time - do NOT move in here. It's right down the street from the Village Apartments which are low income and have a high crime rate, as does every other place within a few blocks. The building is so old and seals so bad that ant infestations are common. It is NOT soundproof as they claim; I can hear the neighbors next to and above me. I am so glad I found this place. Its so clean and nice. The doorman are so professional. My car has valet service. I can't believe it!!!
