Dr. Ebrahim has been my OB-GYN for the past 6 years, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She’s been by my side through some of the most important (and at times, challenging) moments of my life, including both of my pregnancies and labors. Dr. Ebrahim is the absolute BEST! She is very kind, loving, sincere, smart, experienced… I could honestly go on and on. She made the delivery experience amazing for our family twice and took the best care of us throughout my pregnancies. From yearly check ups to prenatal appointments and everything in between, I am so thankful to have a doctor who really and truly cares! I would give her 100 stars if I could! Dr. Ebrahim is the best!!!! She goes above and beyond in every way. She has made me feel safe and comforted throughout both of my pregnancies, taking the time to talk me through the smallest concerns. Very knowledgeable. Anyone who has a negative review has obviously never met Dr. E!
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. The person answering the phone has no idea how to do their job and cannot even schedule a simple appointment. We waited two weeks only to be told they were fully booked. We had to contact the insurance ourselves to fix the refill issue, and even after requesting it multiple times, they kept giving excuses. One time they say it’s fully booked, the next time they say there’s no refill at all. Completely unreliable and frustrating service — avoid this place if you want proper care.
I wasted two weeks trying to get an appointment. After calling and waiting, they finally told me they’re not accepting new patients. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
