At first appointment she was very friendly and very competent. But her staff gave me contradictory medications. I was not allowed to talk to the doctor to find which medication I was supposed to have. Eventually I was given the wrong medication, I was treated rudely, and that wrong medication cost me $200. Again, she seems like a good doctor and a friend speaks highly of her. So maybe I was the exception of the rule. But I needed to get a new doctor. Update: It was NOT the correct medication. She has proved to be an excellent ophthalmologist always providing superior patient care & compassion. I believe her technical, professional & interpersonal skills are exemplary.
