Dr. Zelenak is a wonderful physician. Her office is always able to fit me in for appts that work for me. Her bedside manner is outstanding and her knowledge of medicine is impressive. If searching for a doctor, look no further than Dr. Zelenak. She is the type of physician we all want and need!
Dr. Zelenak travels to you, which is extremely rare in this day and age. Her office staff is available 24/7, even on holidays. She's extremely patient and never rushes. I hope she never leaves the area!

Dr. Z is a true professional that really cares about her patients. The fact that she still does in home calls, knows her patients well and keeps them healthy is a testament the type of physician she is.

Never available. Does not return calls except via a blocked number and that can be days after messages are left.
Great personality and truly someone that has a passion for her work.Everyone I talk to can't say enough good about Dr.Z. It's nice to know there are still Doctorso it there that truly care for there patients.At any given time you can mention her name at The Courtney and watch the patients eyes light up and say they love her. If your looking for someone that has knowledge and compassion may God bless you with meeting someone of her standards and practices.
Terrible place do NOT use Family Home Physicians. They've gone downhill.
