We had a long day, our kids are tired and about to explode. To make sure we don't bother other patrons in this restaurant, we decided to get some takeout. To make sure the kids won't bother anyone else, I asked my wife to keep them outside, while I went in to get food. I have a coupon from the entertainment book, and I was informed that it they will not honor it unless we dine inside. I let the front desk person know, the coupon didn't say we have to dine in. Was very unhappy with the service and the food. Not only did we wait 45 minutes for our food the portions were small and my plate was not worth the price. We had to get a busser to get us bread after we asked the server and he never came back. Had to get someone to get my salad that was on the counter then had to get up and find someone to get boxes for our food and our check. Finally got it and it was soggy from sitting. Was very unhappy! My friends birthday dinner wasn’t what we thought it would be :(
Was very disappointed this time around. 1/6/20 - I would like to updated my response, as I was able to talk to the manager about my previous issue and they were very receptive and supportive to resolve my previous issues. I am happy for the way they have treated me and care for their customers! — feeling happy.
