This was a new OBGYN visit - mine retired. I just left. I’ve never had to wait 45 minutes without my pants on without anyone coming into the exam room and either to apologize for the delay and/or giving me a heads up (unless it’s the emergency room). I took time off from work and arrived a few minutes before my appointment. One hopes the courtesy would go both ways.
Lack of communication across the board. Went in for a test almost two weeks ago, was told I should have the results in around three days, and it’s coming up on two weeks. I understand things happen, but a phone call telling me things are running behind would have been appreciated. I’ve called several times all with the promise of a call back I’ve yet to receive.
