Dr. Alperin is a first-rate physician. She is very knowledgeable about her area of specialization and trains other doctors in it. I have been seeing her occasionally for a number of years and had an involved surgery with her last year that went well with no significant complications. I have had nothing but good experiences with her, and also appreciate her friendly style and sense of humor, which helps when you're dealing with an uncomfortable situation. My mom is a patient of Dr. Alperin and I have been on several phone calls / appointments. I am thankful for Dr. Alperin's professionalism, kind heart, and patience.
My actual appointment with Dr. Alperin seemed to go well, leaving me very hopeful, but my opinion of her and/or her office staff went downhill quickly after the appointment. It seems that she and/or her office staff lost interest after my visit. There was a complete failure to communicate on their part; I called her office numerous times and left a message in the portal over a one month period which were ignored. No one would call me back. This was the most thorough women's health exam addressing ALL of my concerns that I've ever had. Dr. Alperin and her staff were amazing! I raved about my experience and a friend, unbenounced to me suffering from the same issues, booked her appointment. They are seriously the most caring group.
