My mother had 2 total knee replacements at the same time. She recovered quickly and never had a minutes problem with either knee for the remainder of her life. 15 years. She loved Dr. Mariani and how he treated and cared for her. Highly recommend.

My husband, 85,had a hip replacement 5 weeks ago. Had an appt wi another Dr for 6/25(made in Jan). We let it go b/c of the virus, but the pain was too much. Called Mariaani's ofc, spoke to a WONDERFUL WOMAN named Burl, who was understanding about his problem, she made an appt to see him for xrays the next morning. WOW! we could hardly wait! Dr Mariani, has provided me both a hip and Knee replacement. Both highly successful. He is highly trained at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. As a Chief Resident, Mayo offered him a staff position. Mayo Ortho. was rated #1 in the nation by US News and World Report. True to Mayo tradition, Dr Mariani always dresses with coat and tie. He is caring, companionate, honest and punctual. All staff from Rob to desk attendants are friendly competent and professional. I give him and all the staff my highest recommendation.

I had Dr. Mariani replace my left hip because I was bone on bone - after a great surgery - my left hip joint feels and performs like new again - Dr. Mariani is the "TOP DOG " in the surgery field in my eye's and I just called to make another appointment to see if my right hip needs replaced as well -- Dr. Mariani is recommended for any Orthopedic surgery's in Utah or the United States as fare as we're concerned.

Dr. Mariani did a total knee replacement one year ago and I’m most pleased with results. While every body responds and heals a little different and although I’ve heard and read of very quick recovery mine was pretty much in the normal range and I’m an active 71 yr old. With that note I said I wanted to ski again this year and so far I’ve skied 20 days starting the beginning of January and only because their wasn’t good snow coverage prio to that. The new knew is really solid and strong!

December 2016 I had a hip replacement by Dr. Mariani. The surgery was Excellent ! My hip works great and the recovery was very fast. The scar is barely noticeable. On December of 2017 I had a knee cap replacement. Four weeks later my knee feels great, and is healing fast. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mariani To anyone. Dr. Mariani performed a total knee replacement with excellent results. I was walking unaided within two weeks. His is extremely professional yet very personable and concerned about his patients. He listens carefully to concerns. His staff is remarkably efficient and responds quickly to questions. Highly recommend this Mayo trained professional and compassionate surgeon. He is the best of the best!

Dr. Mariani replaced both of my hips- 5 and 6 years ago respectively. I have had no problems or challenges at all since these surgeries. We used the anterior approach method- minimal to= no pain- incredible short recovery. I think Dr. Mariani is an outstanding surgeon and would highly recommend him to any and all!
