I had a very disappointing experience trying to get an appointment here. I was told my appointment was canceled, but I was never properly notified — I only received one call, with no voicemail left, about a month before my scheduled date. I found out only when I showed up in person. What made it worse was how it was handled: the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional instead of apologizing for the mix-up. Dr. Mariannette Plaza and her staff are great. When I have a scheduled appointment I only wait about five minutes or so to be seen. Dr. Plaza has patience and explains in terms that I understand. When I need a referral to see a specialist I am given the referral in a timely manner.
Marinetta plaza was very good I have been seeing her for years and I am very happy with her to be my pcp
I love my doctor, she does a great job!
