Horrible customer service
I had an amazing experience at Mariana’s Bridal. There was a lovely selection of dresses, and the quality was excellent. The staff were friendly, patient, and very professional, and they made the whole experience special. I highly recommend Mariana’s Bridal to any bride.
If I could turn back time, I would run in the opposite direction of this store. I bought my wedding dress in mid-January for a November 1, wedding — more than enough time, right? Especially since I was reassured, over and over, that “Mariana does alterations in-house.” That line was a huge part of why I trusted them. I had the most amazing experience at Mariana’s! Veronika was so caring, patient, and professional — she truly understood what I was looking for and made the whole process such a joy.
