I had the most amazing experience at Mariana’s! Veronika was so caring, patient, and professional — she truly understood what I was looking for and made the whole process such a joy. I bought my wedding dress at Marianna’s Bridal, and I was so lucky to have Marianna as my seamstress. Over almost 10 months of fittings and alterations, she was there every step of the way—patient, supportive, and incredibly talented. She not only perfected my dress but also helped me choose the most beautiful veil to complete the look. On my wedding day, I truly felt like a princess, and I know I wouldn’t have without Marianna’s care and expertise.
While at first I loved this store, when going back for my mom’s dress, Mariana was extremely rude to my mom when confirming with her sisters for a $1500 dress. We took about 10 minutes to decide; in fact, we bought the dress same day, but took our business somewhere else. Pressure tactics are never classy. Very unimpressed.
