Beautiful course in very good shape. Wide fairways are like carpets. Greens are friendly and soft. Great value for $70 including cart.
Played 8/31/25. Price was good, condition was mostly good, pace of play was atrocious. Over 4.5 hours and waited 15 or more minutes on every tee box. Saw the ranger on the third hole and never again. Tee time was 3PM and barely finished before dark. Greens were slow and some tee boxes are very thick and needed cut.
Great course, beautiful views, well manicured course, greens were fast. Love the club house and staff... and, overall great value. And, if you're coming from Fort Collins, it's a beautiful drive south.
