We’ve been going to Dr. Azer for the past 10 years. She has always taken the time to answer any questions we have. She knows each of my 3 kids as individuals and treats them so. I would highly recommend her. And the staff there have always been pleasant with me and willing to help with whatever needs my arise.
At first i kinda think twice coz of the reviews. But i give 5 stars base on my experience today. First impression is important to me. Staff are all friendly and great. Doctor Azer is nice and answers all my concern and questions. The staff answers message fast.
She takes very good care of my children. The office staff are helpful and kind.
Been going to Azer for 5+ years for my kids, she's quick and effective. I'm taking off a star because the on-call line I've had some mixed results sometimes needing to call back more than once, it's about 50/50 if I get a callback within 30mins or within 90 mins
Rushed appointment and unfriendly staff. There's no time to complete the questionary or to go though any concern. Dr. Mariana Azer is like a robot. She just want to complete her tasks and do not check or ask for the development of the child. She returned me to the office to discuss some concerns due to the questionary after the appointment was finished. The nurse was worst. There's not a quality environment or staff.
