Whilst im sure this is a great little facility, their customer service could have been more friendly and we were glad to have found somewhere else in town for half the price and that friendly service we look for we found this facility a bit too pricey for our needs , we wouldnt recommend it as they seem more money oriented than service oriented.

Julie, Phil and Lee have been such amazing people who have been so Kind and friendly. Always helped where necessary and have always sent notifications if you fell behind in payments. They would always work with you to help sort out a payment plan to keep you on top. They also have such affordable prices. And the storage units are great and well-secured. I had no issues while renting a storage space. The space is very good for my items I needed to store. Thank you for your provided service.
