I live in a condo and our board has contracted Marian Realty to professionally manage our hundred-year-old Hyde Park building for several years now. They are very slow, often never responding to important maintenance issues that impact the structural integrity and weather-proof-ness of our home. We have maintenance items that have been pending with them for YEARS. I and many of my neighbors want to get rid of them, but it takes time to get the board to vote to change. I would never recommend Marian Realty to anyone.
