I didn't even experience an appointment because the REASON for wanting to see a pain management doctor wasn't that I didn't like my current physician but because their **office staff** is TERRIBLE, and I just cancelled my appointment. First, it took me two weeks to even BOOK an appointment, because they kept saying the didn't get the referral.
