On a recent visit to the room of a resident I found him lying in a pool of sweat and the digital thermometer in his room reading 95 degrees. He told me that he had requested maintenance to fix the heat 3 times and received no response. Evidently, the maintenance man Cary Butler, who refers to himself as "Mr. Marian Manor", could care less about residents needs and seems to be more concerned with harassing visitors who come to see residents. This facility is a disgrace and I wouldn't recommend Marian Manor to my worst enemy. ... read more
