Terrible bed side manner. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely unprofessional mannerisms. When questioned she gets defensive angry and storms off refusing to answer questions as well as telling us no at the request of having another provider come in and speak with us. Her and her husband should not be working together as that is a conflict of interest. I’m not sure where these two met but they may want to retake a class on bedside manner and professionalism.

Congratulations to our favorite Dr.Marian Keen on your recent Business of the month Award. We bring our family here and she is an amazing person who always supports our community. If you live around Garner area I highly recommend trying them out.
What an amazing Dr. and Practice. Dr. Keen is so patient and caring. She spent so much time with me answering all of my questions and I never felt rushed. It felt so good to actually talk to a Dr. that took the time with me without quickly rushing to the next room. I am so impressed with my experience. In addition to my experience I have taken my kids here and they love it. The staff makes them feel very comfortable and they have a very special cool room for kids to feel so relaxed.
