My relative had a recent stay to recover from a broken femur and hip injury. He received excellent care from the RNs and CNAs. Anytime he needed something, they were right there. The physical therapists worked well with him and put him through exercises that helped him get strong enough to leave after 2 weeks instead of the estimated 45 days. He enjoyed the food as well. My father was there after surgery and ended up with a UTI and C Dif. Horrible care. Was sent there again last week and now has pneumonia. No one even recognized that something was wrong. No one talks to anyone there and when you come in, they don't greet you...they just ignore you. If you are unlucky and end up with a lovef one admitted here, you must be present EVERY day. If you aren't around asking questions your loved one will be ignored.

Please please please employee competent people to help serve your hospital. When a mother comes in to say her child (adult child, but still my child), is in an emergency C-section in labor and delivery, tells you the room number, and you as security continuously say her child is not here in an already stressful situation at 3:30am for her daughter’s first child and all you’re trying to do is get to your child!
