The nurses here are the only good thing. The food was so repulsive I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. All day everyday carbs and curry. No options. This place would make u put on weight. Anything to save a dollar. For $1000 a night this place is buffet eats. More nutrients in McDonald’s
Had the referral from my gp. To reach out for help with sturggling issues. Referral was declined purely to being fifo and not being able to chase up in required time, that i didnt realise would lead to immediate cancellation. No notice no communication no nothing. 3months waiting for an appointment to be told sorry not sorry
These people ignored my pleas for help and turned a blind eye to the abuse I copped from the public sector. They're not passionate about helping people. This place saved me. They looked after me when no one else could. Most of the nurses here are great and so kind and helpful. Great clean rooms and facilities, but they need to offer more to do in the day time. dvd players on all floors do not work and wifi was touch and go). I also think more 1:1 therapy should be offered.
