Unprofessional. I got butt length knotless but the braids actually stopped a little lower than bra length with the actual braids. I’ve been to this place a couple of times. The 1st time was very pleasant! I had my hair done by the nice light skin thick lady, I didn’t get her name. She was the reason I came back today. I was given a price of $250 over the phone, I paid $200 last time. I was okay with the price because the service last time was so good & the plaits were cute. That was the worst service ever little babies running around floor dirty just a nasty place over all skipping over you starting on others head for 200 dollars that’s to much for what they offer it was so bad I had to get up and walk out just not for me
