M. Bayoh made me feel unimportant at best, and at worst, invisible. When I would have serious negative reactions to meds she prescribed, or if I was unable to get the meds because my insurance did not cover them, she acted annoyed and frustrated with me as if were a petulant child being naughty. During intake she triggered a lot of past trauma and did not recognize it. She accused my lack of eye contact with her via telehealth as "not being engaged" and her tone was clearly frustrated. She was very confused by the variety and inconsistency of my answers to her questions.
