Had my hair braided twice here, first time was amazing second time was ok experience but the style came out nice. I had knotless bora bora style with all human hair deep wave (synthetic breaker me out) First braiding experience was amazing-braider was gentle understood what i wanted and did a great job. I had such a wonderful experience at Miriam S Braiding and Beauty Supply! From start to finish, the staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. I’ve been serviced here twice and the customer service is very poor. The first visit was terrible — I arrived at 8am, didn’t get into a chair until 10am, and didn’t leave until 6pm. While getting bohemian braids, the stylist repeatedly stopped to work on other clients, leaving me sitting for hours with unfinished hair. My request for minimal curls was ignored, and I was asked to pay before the service was even finished. I had a very disappointing experience at Mariam S Hair Braiding. The shop was clearly overbooked with far more clients than they could handle. There were not enough booths, and my child was placed on a folding chair with a cardboard box used as a station, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a child. The environment felt chaotic and unprofessional, with no proper setup or organization. I had a wonderful experience . From the moment I called to inquire to walking out with my hair perfectly braided. All the woman are extremely nice laid back and chill . This was my first time coming and I’ll definitely be back for another style . I highly recommend this salon if you want perfection . Don’t second guess yourself just go and get your hair braided! I promise you won’t regret it !
