I had such a wonderful experience at Miriam S Braiding and Beauty Supply! From start to finish, the staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. The salon has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and they really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. I’ve been to this salon a few times and had nothing but a positive experience here. The braids are neat, last several weeks (I take mine out after a month) and they’ve always done my hair exactly how I ask. Also, all of the women are extremely nice. I highly recommend them!
They did such a great job on my knotless braids! They were super fast, professional, and my hair looks amazing. I love that I was able to get everything done and still run my errands the same day. Definitely recommend!
False advertisement with box braids special - “any size and length”. $160 turned into $200 so I left. Wanted small box braids, bob length, & highlights of one color. I told the lady I wanted about 10 pieces of another color in my hair. She told me $20 extra dollars. I asked for small braids and that was another $20 charge because they only do medium with the special. Extremely unprofessional experience. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and even then, I had to wait over 3 hours just to get into the chair. The pricing was completely misleading — I was originally quoted $180, but at the last minute, they changed it to $370 with no clear explanation. Total rip-off. The braiding process took 11 hours, which is excessive and unnecessary. When I got home, I noticed that some of the braids weren’t even fully braided.
