I had a frustrating experience at this optical clinic. Despite calling multiple times over two weeks about an issue with my father's referral, I received no response. When I visited in person to resolve the matter, the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, citing her break as a reason not to assist. While I understand everyone deserves a break, ignoring calls and being unhelpful for such an extended time is unacceptable, especially for healthcare services.
