I had been with Dr. Mercado since I was a teenager, As she transitioned out of her practice and new doctors were coming in it was a little hard for me with the change and left, however my mom continued and Dr. Hasan took over the practice. My mom mentioned she was great, So I returned with doctor Hasan and I'm glad I did. She listened to me, I felt she understood my needs and was very helpful and communicative. I am glad I returned. Dr. Hasan is a wonderful doctor. The issues are the receptionists. Aida and Cory are extremely rude. They don't treat people with respect and dignity. If you can get past their behaviors, then you'll find Dr.Hasan to be very helpful.
So far Dr is really good and listen problem patiently. I like it
This place is absolutely terrible ! This office is a mess with patient’s files stacked up on the front counter and all over the front office with zero organization. The office is out dated and difunctional and they do not have the capability to email patients and lack the basic use of using an answering machine for patients to leave a message. You will be lucky if someone picks up the phone for a few days and if you request a referral to a specialist, it will be a nightmare trying to get it done. My insurance even tried to c... read more
