Definitely difficult to schedule an appointment. Leaving a message serves no purpose if there is no intention to follow up by calling back.
The front office staff talks way too loud about your medical business especially when it pertains to money. I did not get to visit due too balance. I have insurance but the new insurance won’t start til next month. But the HIPPA don’t mean nothing in here. Other patients can hear your office business, I was so embarrassed. Every time i come i have to wait over a 45 minute to be seen and they keep saying im next then i wait some more i really don't like there services but due to my insurance this is what i got, but trust me im done after today. I can find someone who treat people with respect for their time.
Dr George is out of the country because she is sick. Dr Binu George is excellent. He cared about my health and my complaints. I don't like seeing the other Drs. Wait time has improved.
