Very unprofessional. Went in to set an appointment and came back (on time) the day of. Shop was not open so I called and was told someone was sick and she didn’t know what time she would be in. Second time, set an appointment and she asked me if I was sure I’d be there (as if I was the issue). Came back that day, again shop was not open. Called and was told something came up and she would call me back when she was done or to let me know if she couldn’t do it. Never got a call. Mariam is very friendly and a good hearted individual. She is attentive and willing to try a different braid style for the same cost. She calls you when there is an opening so that you don't have to wait.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and called to make sure it was the right price and style. They made me wait 3 hours just to tell me they couldn’t do my hair. They took two ppl in front me after telling me numerous times that I was next. They laughed at the fact that I was upset I sat in a salon for 3 hours for no reason. The worst I’ve experienced. Please don’t waste your money or time

Excellent Customer Service: Braider Dorothy did a Great Job on my hair braids weren't too tight and my hair is very neat: I will definitely be back and refer others
