I would never recommend this office to anyone. The doctor did a fair job at my root canal. Though she told me what she was doing, it felt very rushed and as though they squeezed me in. Regardless, the front desk has been absolutely AWFUL to work with. I was provided an estimate prior to my appointment, which I agreed to and fully paid at time of service. she is one of the best dentists I have ever seen in my life! when I went there, I had unbearable pain and I was crying. Honestly, her staff are really sympathetic and ready to help.In addition, I must say that, I have had a very professional root canal and because of her, I could finally sleep

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Shojaei. My dentist spoke highly of her and as a matter of fact she did his root canal as well. I was apprehensive, but she was so professional and knowledgeable and the procedure was very smooth and painless. I highly recommend her. Alex C

I went to Dr. Shojaei to do a root canal. She did a horrible job. She opened my sinus without telling me and when i asked her if she opened my sinus, at first she ignored to answer my question. I kept asking her and told her to stop the procedure because the water was coming out of my nose and then she admitted that she did open because she had no other choice. I'm very healthy person but because of that mistake now i have so many sinus infections. I wish i never went to her. she is horrible dr

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? I had 3 root canals done in her office over the past 8 years. My new dentist sent me to another endodontist, but I wanted to see her. Positive experience.
