Excellent service. The band was hired for my mother's birthday, and they arrived fully prepared—no setup was required. I would highly recommend them!
Very unprofessional and unreliable! Booked their services for a wedding. They were supposed to start at 5pm. 5 PM came and they were nowhere to be seen. I called to find out if something had happened and there was no answer. They texted me back saying they will not be coming and one of their members got sick. There was no attempt to notify us we only found out because we had reached out after they were supposed to be there. Very disappointed at this mariachi band, we had a very important event happening and we didn’t even get notified about until 20 mins after their expected time. We had to call Wilson and he didn’t answer the call, he only texted saying that someone got sick 20 minutes after that they would not be coming. So sad to that they make us Mexicans look bad (and I’m saying this because Mariachis are one of the most recognizable Mexican things). Que poca vergüenza y que falta de profesionalismo.
Very disappointed in this service, we had to reach out to them ten minutes after they were supposed to arrive to find out they weren’t coming because someone was sick. Understandable that someone can get sick last minute but the lack of communication was unacceptable and very disappointing as we and our wedding guests were very much looking forward to this.
