My family booked them for my daughters graduation this month, a deposit was given and they never confirmed before the event and said they would arrive 15 minutes early. On the day of the event, they showed up LATE. No curtesy calls. Nothing. We attempted to call them for 15 minutes past their show time and struggled to make contact with anyone. My family booked them for my grandmothers 80th birthday months ago, a deposit was given and they confirmed two days before the event and said they would arrive 15 minutes early.
