Being busy is understandable but isn’t an excuse for lack of communication. It comes off disrespectful. People like this will sometimes do it on purpose to just take your deposit for simply calling them out on it because they don’t wanna own up.
We tried to get this Mariachi for my moms 1 year death anniversary and he took our deposit then wouldn’t answer our texts or calls. You can’t take 30 seconds out of your life to confirm you got it and we’re good? So unprofessional.
I signed the contract and sent a $300 deposit. After they got the money they stop texting. No call backs; nothing. This is a horrible way to treat customers. I work hard for my money, if I can give mo starts I would. Please don’t contact these guys.
Dos dias intentando comunicarme con alguien y puros textos. Pedí que me llame a la hora que sea y dijo que mejor consiga a otro mariachi.
If i could i will leave no Stars they don't have good communications they do not return phone calls.... Si yo pudiera no les dejo estrella Porque no tienen buena comunicación no regresan las llamadas cuando alguien los quiere contratar... Mejoren si quieren superar a lo más alto...
