When Maria worked on my file to get me a mortgage I had a very little chance to get one due to at least 2 major issues each of them is a good reason to be rejected by the banks (which happened before). In no time Maria was able to get me a pre-approval to secure my home purchase (which I badly wanted) I was happy with the approval, and everything went well.
