Maria did an excellent job. She took the burden of selling the property off my shoulders and handled everything. Her communication was wonderful, and I felt included and heard. I highly recommend her services.
I worked with Maria on buying a new construction home that closed in November 2022. She advised me to create a punch list, but none of those items were included in the closing documents. No funds were held in escrow to protect me when the builder failed to complete the work. After consulting two attorneys who declined my case due to the "clean" closing, I hired a litigator and settled for partial compensation—but I still paid legal fees and out of pocket for items that were not included in the settlement.
