Maria Walley was very helpful with our purchase of a home in northern Kentucky. Buying from out of state has its challenges and she helped up to navigate the process of making a purchase remotely. She was very much available when we needed her and easy to work with. Maria has a great attitude and provided fun and informative interactions!

I worked with Maria on buying a new construction home that closed in November 2022. She advised me to create a punch list, but none of those items were included in the closing documents. No funds were held in escrow to protect me when the builder failed to complete the work. After consulting two attorneys who declined my case due to the "clean" closing, I hired a litigator and settled for partial compensation—but I still paid legal fees and out of pocket for items that were not included in the settlement.
