Under her advice and encouragement paid too much unnecessarily. Never even brought up the option of an escalation clause. No consideration for what was in our best interest during negotiations. Only cared about her commission and making the sale certain.

Maria is great! She went above and beyond to sell my rental property that was needing a lot of exterior work. I wanted to sell it as is, and she knew the right investors to whom to show it. We went through so many offers before it was finally sold! We accepted an offer and closed in 5 days! She called me and updated me throughout the process. She advised me on how to go about the entire sale and on what offers to even discuss. She was excellent and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her team!
