The staff is unorganized, scattered brain and you will wait in the exam room for over 30 mins. The staff forgets to send your prescriptions on time and you will wait for days, the doctor doesn't take her patients serious and won't respond to calls until days later, the office wait time is long, and very cold.I don't recommend this office for anything. Go somewhere else!

I think you will agree that she always takes her time with her patients and if she is behind on her schedule it may be because a patient required some special attention on a given day. It is our goal to have patients seen as close to their appointment time as possible.

I absolutely loved working with Dr Gonzaga. I felt like she truly listened to my concerns and was very attentive to my pregnancy. Even though her office was always full, she took the time to make each of her patients feel like they were her only one. Towards the end of my third trimester I ran into some complications and Dr Gonzaga was very empathetic. She showed compassion and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on so that I felt more in control of the situation.
I used Dr.G for my first pregnancy and found the care that I received inadequate.There were multiple situations that I found unacceptable. One example is that during a terrible postpartum period she misdiagnosed an infection in one of my tear sites(although the lymph nodes in my groin were swollen). One day after seeing her & being told there was no sign of infection, my GP found that there in fact was.This coupled with many other mistakes & an incompetent staff leads me to give a 1 star review.
Dr. Gonzaga is excellent. She truly cares and takes her time with her patients. I wish all my doctors were like her! I would absolutely recommend her. She and her staff are very professional and welcoming.
Doctor Gonzaga is an extremely thorough Doctor. Very patient understanding and attended to all of my wife's needs. I highly recommend this doctor.
