When we first walked in, they said there would be a wait because Niki was with someone. then about 2 hours later, Niki was still with someone but at this point we were committed to getting these piercings. Niki turned the whole experience upside down when I started to see how caring, attentive and kind she was the entire time. this was the first piercing I had got since I was like 3, so her sort of guiding me through it and being very patient honestly made it 10x better.
Just go to the one in SoHo. This location is incredibly bad — I had an appointment at 4 PM and Niki just took another customer before I arrived (rude). Her and her staff kept saying it would only be 15 more minutes or she was just cleaning up now and she would be right with me. I waited for an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES before just leaving. I had to wonder what went incredibly wrong with the person in front of me that would warrant me waiting that long when I had an actual appointment, to still not be seen!

Great jewelry, kind stuff but sadly they didn’t had any piercings I was searching available:( low supply
If you are doing piercings here with Niki, you are in very good hands! This is my second time here with Niki and I am amazed at how knowledgeable, professional and pleasant she is. I will be back in future and I hope she is still here!🤩🤩🤩
