Maria is a very attentive and helpful agent. When the first rental fell through because of a flood from a neighbor, Maria helped with the contractors for the repairs and received new furniture. She was very thorough when it came to evaluating tenants. She took great care to make sure to find the right tenant. I would highly recommend.
Working with Maria was nothing but the best! Her patience was phenomenal as we looked at over 30 properties until I found my unicorn. She always kept me informed every step of the way, was incredibly responsive, a skilled negotiator, and truly dedicated to finding me the perfect property.
