I was referred to here by my insurance and received a missed call from a worker there to give information on the iop program. I tried to call back and was unable to reach her for 3 weeks so far. Every time I call the receptionists I am told to leave a voicemail which I did at least three times over the last few weeks and didn’t receive any response so far. I don’t mind doing a walk-in but the receptionist couldn’t say for certain that someone would be able to provide me with info on the iop program when I get there so I don’... read more
My experience with the staff is okay and they are attentive. The therapist that I was with was nice.
This center is publicly reviewed terribly. I must say from experience, they neglect their clients and fail to help leaving me to enter hospitals that are for emergencies only. If you’re thinking about joining this clinic I recommend you find a better one. From my personal experience all staff I have interacted with have left inappropriate impressions.
