Ms. Acosta is the best therapist I have ever been to. She is very empathetic, compassionate, easy to speak to, and actually listens to your needs. She remembers who you are and what you spoke about last, and what you needs are. Your not just another $$ sign or quota number to her. You are her patient, her priority, her responsibility. I recommend her services 100%, she will change your life, and save it! Veronica
Wow. We set up an appointment for a session and she didn't reply for 4 days afterwards. Figured I would just show up and she'd be there. Wrong. I found childcare and drove to her office just to see it was closed, so I called her again. She replied with a text message saying she didn't feel well and hasn't replied again to reschedule another 4 days later. How sad.
