They have called me four times in the last week asking if i would like to sell my home in San Diego, each time I have told them, I dont want to sell my house, please stop calling and remove me from your spam list. Each time they say ok, then a called again and again and again. I do work with clients in Oceanside, so I have to answer the phone when it rings, I shouldnt be subjected to spam calls over and over again!

Highly recommend CalRes for your rental property and selling a home! We lived out of state for a year and Kellie and Maria managed our property without any issues we didn’t have to worry about a thing! I would encourage anyone to use CalRes Homes. Working with Kellie and Maria has been great! Kellie managed two rental properties for us and has done a fantastic job. And it wasn't your typical easy rental. Unfortunately, we had a roof leak, AC replacement, refrigerator replacement, tree removal, and a fence replacement.
