Doctor Flores seemed overworked and under pressure. Administration personnel not organized. All though I was on time for my appointment I continued to receive reminder calls and USPS letters of reminder every day for five days after my appointment. Lab Techs: Senior one was fine but her trainee or associate working with her was unprofessional in appearance and work ethic was lacking. Dr. Flores treats her patient like her own family that's why she's loved my many. She's very smart and cares deeply. She will level with the patient's knowledge and understanding about the illness and explain in details.. Best of all she discusses her plan of care ,future plan of care and not left you out wondering what happens next.
I'm extremely pleased with the thoroughness and clarity of explanations provided by my Dr. Flores during my quarterly checkup. Her attention to details of my issues and willingness to address all of my concerns make me feel confident in her care.
I have been a patient of Dr Flores for the last 17 years and would highly recommend her to anybody in the Orlando, Oviedo, Sanford and surrounding areas. She is highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise and really cares for her patients.

Very professional staff and the Doctor explained everything very clearly.
Love Dr Flores and her staff. My problem is appointment was at 11:15 didn't get called for lab work until 1135. Finished lab and sent back to waiting area for another 30 minutes. Then put in room and didn't see doctor until about 1235.
We have been seeing Dr. Flores for many many years. She is very caring about her patients and takes the time to talk to you and discuss your options. Also, her staff is the best I’ve ever seen we would highly recommend Dr. Flores.
