We have had the privilege of navigating the home selling and buying experience with Maria Raymer 4 times. I had issues with the buyers and their rediculous requests but I had no issues with Maria and her team. I would recommend her to anyone. Maria has been amazing over the years. She has sold and bought for me. She is tenacious in her drive to find what you are seeking. Then she always works to find a deal that is both a win for the seller and a win for the buyer. I'm not sure how she does it. But both sides always walk away happy. She just recently helped me make a purchase that has been a year in the making. So, yes - she is patient as well as tenacious.
