I love Dr. Raajpoot, she is an outstanding doctor. She is patient, understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, empathetic, efficient, professional and caring; she'll send referrals for specialists if needed, sends prescriptions on time when you need them, and you can always message her on MyChart if you have any concerns or questions and get a reply almost immediately, from her or the staff, which, as a patient, I really appreciate. I found Dr Raajpoot to be very personable, professional and caring. She was not hurried, a good listener.
I have been as a patient in Hartford Hospital for 30 years with different specialists. I don't like the way this primary Care doctor works with people who are disabled. She has many titles. But people need empathy. It is my opinion that she is very aggressive in her approach with patients with disabilities. I sent email to Hartford Health Care.
A wonderful physician who listens, responds with professional knowledge, kindness, intelligence and a sense of humor.
