I had an appointment for a silk press and permanent color for 11:30 am. Something came up on her end and she asked if I could come in later. I said yes and she told me she’d text me when I should come. “Later” ended up being 5:30 pm and she was working on another client’s hair so she didn’t even start on mine until 6 pm.
