Waiting for 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor and I'm still waiting
When I first came to see Dr. Maria Naranjo Palacio, my Diabetes was way out of control, and I was in a dire situation. I had fallen off the "Taking Care of myself" wagon. I felt hopeless. The first thing her staff did was put me at ease, and told me I was in good hands. She quickly ordered blood work and a urinalysis and asked me how I was feeling. Went for bloodwork today…had to wait forever without eating of course feeling worse and worse…ask the girl working there in check in desk with glasses tell me twice I was next I was next..and she wasn’t nice…she was rude and obnoxious…like again your asking me how much longer…it wasn’t just me…others were there and said same thing…we talked about it…people rescheduled…that had been there since before 10am…if she doesn’t like her job…move on…no need for rude people…we all go there for help and our health…..and then you all on... read more
