One word, rude. Hello I am small business owner that had called in just offer services and instead being mature. Someone picked up the phone listened to what I had to say. Then hung in my face without an answer. I called respectfully and I feel like I should have gotten the same respect shown towards me. It’s ok if you don’t want the services but to flat out hang up in my face, is actually childish and I pray no body does business with people like this.
