We have had the privilege to use Maria on 2 occasions. When my son mentioned buying a home I said let’s call Maria! She never disappoints from the beginning to the end she is there to take care of us through the whole process. Out of 5 stars we give her a 10. She is very knowledgeable and motivated the best I ever seen. She is a very highly respected lady. If anyone is buying or selling you must call Maria. She is the best! We met Maria Mendoza in early 2025 at an open house, and I was impressed with her knowledge and energy. She reached out periodically and when we were ready we decided to move forward, and we chose Maria. She made us feel like we were special. She went to several open houses for us through face-time. Circumstances dictated that we sell our elderly parent's home in Horry County, South Carolina, after moving them into a local assisted living facility.
